Granite State Pathology Assistance, LLC consists of pathologists certified by the American Board of Pathology in anatomic, clinical and or neuropathology.

Our Pathologists’ Assistants (PA’s) are certified by the  American Society of Clinical Pathology and fellow members of the American Association of Pathologists’ Assistants.
We perform autopsy/brain autopsy services for families, hospitals, funeral homes, pathology groups and referrals from the state medical examiners’ office.

Collectively we have performed thousands of autopsies and have decades of experience dating back to 1986. Since then as word spread about our autopsy service and more clients requesting us, we have become the leading autopsy service in the seacoast NH region and beyond. Our staff are much sought after not only for their expert autopsy dissection skills but for their compassion and respect for the deceased and their families during the very emotional and vulnerable times following the loss of a loved one. Our purpose is to learn the truth about the person’s health during life, how the person died and giving families the explanations they deserve.
